Español 1-2: 10-14 of september

MONDAY (all 1-2 classes):
in class: quiz on short list of "frases útiles 1-2"; practiced alphabet.
HW: write or print full list of "Frases útiles 1-2" (found on right side of blog under "Documentos 1-2).  This is due THURSDAY/FRIDAY!  Also study for a QUIZ this THURSDAY (p.3,4)/FRIDAY (p.8): you must be able to spell out your first name using the Spanish alphabet and you must be able to understand and write letters that I dictate (I will spell common English words but I will use Spanish letters to spell them---you must write the correct letter).  Study/practice your alphabet as prep for this!

TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY (all classes):
in class: reviewed textbook p.1-6
HW: prepare for QUIZ next period (Thursday/Friday)---see above or "Documentos 1-2" for details; also do textbook p.3 #3 and p.7 #10.  Do both of these exercises in your Spanish spiral notebook (always title and date all assignments/entries in your spiral).

THURSDAY/FRIDAY (all classes):
in class: Introduction to the Language Lab; we also had the dictation test (name-spelling quiz will be on MONDAY).
HW: see bulleted list

• REMINDER: print out or hand-copy frases útiles 1-2 for Monday!
• Do WB (workbook) p.1, 2.
• Finish assignments from the lab (see above link "Introduction to the Language Lab")
• **P.8 only: you must register for conjuguemos at home.  Try doing the activities listed on the "Intro to Lab" page but if you can't get to them, I'll let you finish those for next Wednesday...
• NOTE: we did not have time to do the oral test (spelling your name) so that will happen on MONDAY. Please practice over the weekend!
